The goals include:

• Ensuring a fully functioning Town Hall office through the employment of a part-time Town Clerk and seeking and hiring a highly qualified Town Manager


• Assessing the current land use plan for the Town of Eastover and modifying the plan based on citizen participation


• Establishing police protection services that supplement current services through the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department


• Supporting and enhancing fire protection services


• Initiating a Street Lighting project in the primary commercial district of the Town (a section of Dunn Road)
