PUBLIC NOTICE
The Eastover Town Council will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at the Eastover Community Center, 4008 School Street, Eastover, NC. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND.
The items to be discussed at the Town Council Meeting are as follows:
(1) Briefing from the Director of the Fayetteville-Cumberland County Parks & Recreation Department.
(2) Presentation of the February 28, 2009 Financial Report.
(3) Consider approval of Budget Amendment.
(4) Consider donation to Cape Fear High School's "Green Program" for recycling canisters.
(5) Consider a meeting with Planner Matt Rooney to discuss Landscaping & Appearance Ordinances.
(6) Discuss the 2009-2010 Tax Levy.
(7) Subdivision Review Case No. 09-029.
