NOTICE: The Cumberlanand County Sheriff's Office will observe the hours of 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. for it's Halloween Trick-or-Treat curfew on October 31, 2009.
For the safety of everyone, all ghosts and goblins should be done with their celebrations and candy collecting efforts.
